[personal profile] sideshowkat was the first I saw on my flist, bringing the happy news, OMG ...

Veronica Mars, One Tree Hill, Supernatural and Girlfriends will join the new CW network replacing UPN and WB this fall, but Reba and Everwood are gone. Top-rated 7th Heaven has been revived for an 11th season, despite last week's "series finale"

I truly thought the end of OTH had come...
( as did many people for 7th Heaven *lol*.. what kinda show is that, doing a series finale and then just doing another season ... the fans must've had a pleasant surprise..)

still not set in stone though.

We'll find out Thursday for sure.

Remember The CW just axed VM according to online reports only two days ago. Now its renewed again. And nothing has been officially announced.

So don't count on anything until the release on Thursday. NBC had said CROSSING JORDAN was renewed 2 weeks ago and today announced that it isn't.

So you never can tell.

we'll know soon enough. The CW are having their upfronts today. Until the official announcement, its all speculation. No matter who the source.

;)

Fear not, I think VM is safe.

don't weep yet. the official announcement will be mad ein NYC today (Thursday) and we'll know for sure which shows are back and which aren't.

I believe GG is safe.

i expect it to be, too..

but i never thought OTH had the slightest chance for another season..
hopefully they'll prove me wrong today!

Rob Thomas himself said VM was renewed, so I think we can definitely trust him. ;)

As for USA Today, I doubt they would report certain shows being renewed if they truly weren't. It's official that Everwood was cancelled, as they reported. So I believe Supernatural is safe too.

"...but Reba and Everwood are gone."

Well its about bloody time...7th Heaven should go, that's just not right.
