Thomas (ya know Deagol?) here – just wanted to drop you a quick email to say hi and to let you know I had a blast at Ringcon. Was quite a surreal time! Brilliant on both your and Dirk’s part. No one here in NZ can believe half the stories I’m telling them. Thanks very much for having me there.

So you USA guys couldn’t do it eh? I held my breath for a long time (25 hours in fact) on the way home to see if you had got rid of that Bush guy but that was the first bit of news my wife gave me when I got home…Marc what went wrong bro?

Anyway just thought I’d send you a quick note to say thanks again. It was a heap of fun. Hope things are well and you’ve settled down into your real job and are designing some damned fine mansions over there.
