i never watched dr who.. but yeah capt jack was originally in that show. wikipedia says it like this: British television science fiction and crime that deals with the machinations and activities of the fictional Torchwood Institute. it has some x-files moments and some trashy bits but all in all its entertaining stuff... AND it has john barrowman ;D
