Felt totally useless yesterday. And when I went to sleep it felt like I didnt do a thing.. wasted a whole day of my life being tired and sleepy and .. meh..

And I didnt even sleep good. One could've expected a good night sleep after the whole tiredness. But no..
Just a migrane this morning.. Wonderful.
Migrane-wise 2006 started as 2005 ended.. with lots of it.

I am glad I read rocketsams entry and maileas comment regarding "topamax". It is a new medicine to prevent migrane attacks..I won't even start trying the pills, as both girls suffered from severe side-effects like glaucoma and memory/concentration disorders..

Was hast du schon alles gegen Migräne probiert? Schon mal Novalgin genommen? Das hat mir immer sehr geholfen, aber man sollte regelmäßig die Blutwerte beim Arzt kontrollieren lassen. Ich hab auch schon alles durch mit Betablockern, Tabletten, Inhalatoren, Kreislaufspritzen mit Dihydergot, der klassische Apfel etc. Von diesen prophylaktischen Dingern würde ich eh die Finger lassen, weil noch nicht raus ist, wie gefährlich oder hilfreich die wirklich sind.

Zur Zeit ist das mit dem guten Schlafen ein Problem, haben wohl alle Schwierigkeiten damit.

Ich bin bei Migräne ja von Akupunktur überzeugt. Das ist natürlicher. Ich hab Gott sei Dank nur sehr selten Migräne. Aber ne Kollegin von mir hat das ständig und ihr geht es besser, seit sie Akupunktur bekommt.

Und was? 188 Leute haben den Film gesehen? SOOOO VIELE??? :)

Ich hab gott sei dank nicht so oft migräne. aber gestern und heute morgen fing das flimmern vor den augen wieder an, das dauert 20 Minuten und wenn ich glück hab bleibt nur ein dumpfes dröhnen nach. Bei mir liegt es u.a. auch am Wetter. Wenn die Jahreszeiten wechseln und bei fiesem Tiefdruck.
