You know, you're right, since he actually said in public he'd be in Germany for the World Cup. You can gather a Dom-spying team, lol, and ask them to wander around the most famous restaurants/bars/stores/around the stadium at random times and call you if they see anything, er, interesting, lol ^_^. Will you talk to him if you see him??
