Don't wanna spoil you about the "I love you"-thing, so don't read on when you don't wanna know.. Brian will never tell Justin directly that he loves him.. it wouldn't be Brian anymore coz he doesn't express feelings like this. BUT he will say it in his own way through actions and little things noone would notice when you don't know Brian ;) At least in the first 4 seasons he didn't say it and I really hope cowlip won't do it in the 5th season, coz as I said: it's not Brian. Even if he's changed during season 4 he isn't that much changed..
