LMAO.. talked to tom about our new company MONADORK inc yesterday..
apparently his whole family has a green-card, and he will have one next year, so i told him i had to marry him and his brother had to marry magikalcrab so that we could start making brilliant porn..

Yes. If you read the information from before December 1st, you know that
it was during the Pre-Order Period only that the shipping price was $4 across
the board. The advantage of early ordering was to take advantage of that
price. Starting on December 1st the shipping changed to accomodate the higher
cost of shipping outside the US since the $4 was already cutting it close
for the total cost of packing and shipping within the US.
