Oh, sorry to hear you're still not feeling better. Maybe a breathing exercise would help? Or go out (sun is shining here in NRW, hopefully where you live as well) and vote. And if nothing helps, how about a picspam?? Here you go...

I hope Lost did make you feel better. I'm sorry to hear you're having a bad time :/ The bad thing about the world being smaller through lj is that it's still too big sometimes. I wish it was a bit smaller so I could just take you out for hot chocolate and a lot of talk or a lot of silence whichever felt better at the time.
