I've been talking to _skulking_for a while now .. and she just discovered that the Con in London Dom was scheduled to appear at ( as confirmed by his management ) is SOLD OUT ????!!!

I havent heard from a single person who booked anything AND even the "Webcast" tickets are sold out on the site..
I truly think there's something wrong with the whole thing...

Oh, it was confirmed by his management? Everything I heard about the organizers raised my alarms, so no, I didn't even consider booking, and I certainly haven't heard of anyone who did book. Very strange!

And how on earth do you sell out a webcast? You'd think they'd just keep selling them...

Das Ganze scheint eine etwas zweifelhafte Organisation zu sein. Wenn man danach googelt, finden sich irgendwelche Hinweise, dass das ganze vorher "Jealous Event" hieß und da wohl auch schon was schief ging.
Die Webseite scheint einer Organisation in den USA zu gehören. Irgendwie schreckt mich das ab, dass die da angeblich am laufenden Band Events für so ziemlich alle Serien planen, aber kaum was substantielles sagen können.

Häää?? Sold out bei einem Gast und man hat nix mehr dazu gehört und von jemandem, der Tickets hat?? So ein Quatsch! Aber was für ne Farce, wenn da gar nix stattfindet, fliegt das doch früher oder später auch auf. Man kann das Ding ja mal weiter im Auge behalten, vielleicht werden irgendwann ja wieder Kontingente frei? ;-) Ne Lost-Convention wäre ja auch zu cool gewesen...
