Had a brilliant day with Tom, Tobi and blavandgirl ->Annika Blunt ;p

When we came home the mail-guy was just running off with my Lost DVD Box.. I reached him before he could drive away though.. fast shipping, though I took the cheapest way off shipping ( yes, stefsoleil cry baby is also here.. had to pay some tax though..).

Now Tom is at work and I'm watching Lost with Tobi.. He hates Sawyer ( we just watched his episode..), but I know much much better :D

My only problem is that I feel an anxiety attack coming up.. I don't know..
I first had the feeling when we made our way home. My chest and stomach feel really weird and I just don't want that feeling when TOm is leaving on Monday.
I know I have my work on monday and I'll only get home at 10pm at night, but if I feel the way I do now, then.. I'm going mad.. and I'm scared as hell that that might happen.
I bought sleeping pills for the first time in my life.. I had the idea that it would be good to just go to bed monday night.
Does that work though?
If I take one pill ( or two ) will i DEFINITLEY sleep within an hour or so??
I still have the diazepam, but hell, I'm too scared to use it, cos i dont know what it does to me..

Nora, you made me laugh really, really loud! Annika Blunt?! *ahahahahahahahaha* I think I might have talked a bit too much about him. Ahem, shouldn´t have said that I want to marry him. LOL :-))))

Panic attack is not so funny of course. But you mustn´t be worried. You have Tobi and than your parents will comne over so why do you worry? And you can still call Mrs. Blunt in the middle of the night, right!? :-)

Just like Mrs. Blunt there, you can call me in the middle of the night, too, if it gets too bad. A friend of mine sometimes takes sleeping pills, and he says they knock him right out. If you want, we could also catch a late movie.

Just let me know what I owe you for the DVD. :)

I keep forgetting what they're called, but they're actually a sleep hormone. Big thing in the States, apparently. I'm not sure if he's in Berlin or if he's visiting his mother in Bavaria this weekend, but I'll call and see if I can get some of those pills for you. :-)

Sind das echte schlaftabletten oder auf pflanzlicher basis ? Vor echten hätte ich auch schiß. Hab mir aus USA mal Melatonin mitgebracht und es dann nicht genommen, weil ich Angst vor solchen Sachen hab. Mrs. Blunt ist ja in deiner Nähe !

Das man abhängig wird oder daß man nicht rechtzeitig wach wird. Hab mal Wick Medinight genommen, das hat mich total aus den Schuhen gehauen. Nie wieder nehme ich das Zeug.

hmm.. also ich wünsch mir irgendwie, dass mich das morgen aus den schuhen haut, damit ich keine richtige panik attacke bekomme..
also quasi hinlegen, einschlafen ohne dass der kopf anfangen kann mich zu ärgern..

Ich hab auch Angst vor Schlaftabletten. Und als ich welche im Krankenhaus nehmen sollte habe ich sie aus dem Fenster geschmissen.
Ich finde Du solltest auch nur ne halbe nehmen. Kann natürlich überhaupt nicht einschätzen wie das mit der Panikattacke so ist, würde Dir aber raten nicht so ein Hammer-Präparat zu nehmen. Hilft es denn gar nicht, dass Tobias da ist?
Um noch etwas für Erheiterung zu sorgen: bin voll begeistert, dass ich jetzt bei allen Mrs. Blunt heiße *grins* hoffe, das war jetzt nicht zu unpassend ... ;-)
